Low survival chance and still alive!
We met Dr Wills just prior to an emergency surgery that her performed. He was very professional and explained the low risk of survival of my daughter. I had complete confidence in his knowledge and skills after a brief meeting just prior to him rushing her in to surgery. My daughter’s small intestines had ruptured and he not only saved her, but successfully saved enough of her intestines that she has been able to drink for the past 5 years, which no one expected.

Performed successful surgery on our child that we were very happy with. The office experiences, however, have consistently involved incredibly long waits (over an hour) even for routine, morning appointments. Waited 90 minutes and got two minutes with the doctor. Neither time did the office seem busy. No apology or even acknowledgement of keeping us in a tiny windowless room with a toddler for extended amounts of time. The most recent visit caused us to miss meetings at work.

Over the course of three months, my son had 8 surgeries with Doctor Wills. He was incredibly compassionate and truly cared for both my son's physical and emotional health. During my son's long hospital stay, Dr. Wills came by everyday to check in on him, even when he was not on service. My son also had one surgery at Boston Children's Hospital, but we had him transferred back to Hasbro because we had more confidence with Dr. Wills and his team in Providence
