Can't comment on Dr Fish as we didn't get far enough into the process to see him. This review is written on 9/3/20, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, where people are dying daily from this disease and a vaccine is not yet available. This facility does not follow the CDC's guidelines on social distancing or wearing masks. There wasn't a single bottle of sanitizer available, no signs asking people to social distance, no masks on even the staff - nothing. My mom is immonocompromised so this of high concern to us. When we expressed this concern, the front desk clerk said that they do not require anyone to wear masks, and added in a condescending tone that 'dr can wear one if your mom wants' but sounding more like we were overreacting and inconveniencing them. In the end, we decided that it was best for us to leave. Again, I cannot speak to Dr Fish's abilities as a medical professional. I can just warn others that this facility does not follow preventative Covid-19 measures.

My mother lost over 30lbs in under a month, she is confused, off balance and has fallen several times in a few days. Dr. Fish has no empathy or compassion about it at all. He could not even look me in the eye. We left there and I said to my mother, I do not trust him. I will never let my mother go to him again. She has an adrenal adenoma that needs testing to see if its active or inactive prior to having a surgical procedure that is desperately needed to get her back to normal, the tests he ordered were not even the right tests! This set us back over a week now, nearing two. Now we have to wait even longer, then retest all while my mother decompensates even more!

I will not be returning to this DR. he ONLY believes in synthetic drugs. He will not prescribed Armour, Nature Thyroid, he is old school and will not even consider anything else but big pharmaceutical company drugs. He goes by your numbers only he does not go by how a patient feels.

This place is so outdated they even use a typewriter .. not that has anything to do with how well the Dr. is... I feel he has no compassion at all to his patients or their family. My husband gets confused and forgets to ask questions and when I wanted to go in with him I was told there is no room!!?? We will find a new Dr that can accompany having someone with the patient .

Saw this doc for years before a relative convinced me to leave him and thank god I did. We couldn't get my diabetes under control for years. He wouldn't learn about any newer medications, has never checked my feet, doesn't even check blood pressure and has no nurse to do it for him. Saw a new doc and 6 months later my A1c is already down 4 whole points on basic cheapo pills. I'm mad I didn't leave him sooner. He's very stubborn and doesn't like anyone to disagree with him on anything.

I found the staff to be particularly uncompassionate and inflexible in their dealings with a sick/undiagnosed patient in need of help.

Dr. Fish is matter-of-fact. He is careful and conservative, yet thorough. His office contacts me with any concerns from test, and he is proactive with his treatment. The staff has always treated me with kindness and care for my well-being.

My daughter was scheduled for an appointment as a NEW patient and couldn't get past the office staff in the waiting room. The office staff is RUDE, NASTY. Even going as far as asking how she arrived at the office and where the driver of the car was?! Accused my 23 year old daughter of having a fake medical insurance card! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a NEW PATIENT...I can only imagine how they treat their regular patients. I cannot believe a Doctor would allow such despicable behavior
