Dr. Jones is the best Dr. I have ever been to. I have alot of medical conditions,as well as mental health issues... It is very hard for me to trust and be able to open up about to a Dr about my childhood. I suffer from ptsd... From the get go I felt comfortable with Dr Jones. I immediately felt safe with him! He took the time to address each and every issue and concerns that I had .. He helped me more in my first visit than I have really ever had period! All the others I have been to made me feel like I was bothering them or getting on their nerves.. Dr Jones has never ever made me feel like that Anyway I am very happy I found you Dr. Jones... You are my hero!!! Thank you so much

First of all, appointment was scheduled for 9:30. Been waiting an hour and still no Dr. Secondly, upon arrival we called the number they told us to call and whoever answered the phone said and I quote "hello?" We had to make sure we dialed the right number. Had to call a second time 45 minutes later to remind them that we were here for an appt. The staff (that we have seen) is very unpleasant and could probably handle some customer service classes to learn how to speak to people. To top it all off once we finally got into a room, we wait almost an hour before anyone decided to let us know the dr was running "a little behind". Yeah obviously. It's been almost an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes we got up and left, with still no dr. I guess this is why you're the only office with available appts because anyone that's even slightly familiar with this place already knows how big of a joke it is. Very disappointed.

Dr. Handel Jones is, by-far, one of the greatest family doctors that my wife and I have EVER had the good fortune to find. Both of us suffer from severe afflictions and he has been going above and beyond what an average dr. does seeing our health issues are addressed. If we need him, he responds back almost immediately. I admit that when we first met him he looked tough and scary, but after 30 seconds with him, we found out quickly that he is no ordinary dr. He is incredibly kind, gentle, listens to EVERYTHING we say and works overtime to see to our needs. My wife says he's a big loveable pussycat. I find him also to be very, very careing, thorough, brilliant and I could go on and on. He is, without a doubt, the best dr. we have ever had, and we have been to MANY dr's over the years. I consider him, not just a great dr., but a good friend as well. I've recommended him to about everyone I know. I don't know if he is accepting any new patients. Run out of comment allotment. J+C F.
