Dr. Hanh Hoang, MD

Worst doctor. She is dishonest, and she takes advantage of her patients who trust her. She only cares about money, how could this kind of person become a doctor. What a shame. I initially came to her office thought she should help me solve my issue, she ordered some bloodwork, then she told me in the follow-up visit that the bloodwork she ordered was not targeting the issue I am concerned about, rather something else irrelevant. And she says "if you would like to address, you should see someone else." What! If that is the case, why don't you tell me beforehand? I am paying hundreds of dollars to see her. She insists that I should come to her office for a follow-up visit to go over the blood results, which can be explained over the phone for one sentence, which is what she told me during the follow-up visit " I am not concerned about the blood results and if you don't want to take any medication, that is complete find. "And I am paying another hundreds of dollars for that.

With me, Dr. Hoang is talented in Ob-Gyn (Obstetrics and Gynecology). She also has a wide knowledge of General Practice. Each time of my visits, she was carefully asking all my symptoms to give me very helpful advice or treatments. Last two weeks, I had an appointment with her because I thought I have a gynecological problem. My abdominal cavity was examined and ultrasound scanned. After all, she advised me to see my family doctor because she diagnosis that I might have kidney stones. And that was true after my blood, urine test, and ultrasound results. One week later, Dr. Hoang called me directly to ask about my condition. I was really surprised and appreciated it because many Doctors I know have never done that. I do not know if she also does that with all her patients or not. But with me, she always followed me up after every my visits. I highly recommend Dr. Hoang to new patients. Because I think she cares about her patients with her professional conscience.

I do not recommend this doctor. After a pap-smear, I waited 3 weeks to hear back on the results. The only way that I finally got them was by calling MULTIPLE times and demanding to get my results. Once I got those results, she strongly recommended a LEEP procedure. Then, they cancelled the appointment TWICE on the DAY-OF the procedure. This pushed me to decide to get a second opinion from another OBGYN. They determined that I did not in fact need the LEEP and also diagnosed another infection that Dr. Hoang either did not tell me about or did not catch. I had been suffering with that infection for over a month because of it. Everyone in the office, including Dr. Hoang act very friendly but it's clear that the office is unorganized and not suited to serve patients effectively.

Dr. Hanh Hoang I visited her clinic last November. Dr. Hanh Hoang asked only a few questions for my medical history and took a brief pregnancy test. Three weeks later, I got a bill with an amount of 420 dollars. In my opinion, she gouges her patients heartily for her incompetent services. She could not solve my problem and referred me to another doctor.

Great bedside manner, knowledgeable doctor and easy to talk to!

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. I overpaid an invoice and it has taken 4 months to get my money back. The office didn't know until I brought it up, the biller gave me attitude when I inquired about hundreds of dollars in overpayment going unnoticed. Why would I trust this office with my health, let a lone a baby, if they can't even keep a bill straight???? STAY AWAY.
