Dr. Hassoun always takes excellent care of me. I have been seeing him for 8 years. His knowledge of multiple myeloma is world-class. He publishes frequently on how to treat myeloma and related cancers. MSKCC is a world-class cancer treatment center.

Terrible Communication
I was Diagnosed with Smouldering Multiple Myeloma in my Home area and wanted to find a MM Specialist. I made an appointment with Memorial Sloane Kettering and was assigned to Dr Hassoun. His staff were thorough and communicative but the Dr was anything but. I got the impression he found my case boring and he suggested I find a Dr in my home area. I've had 3 appointments with him and have decided not to pursue any further treatment for my Cancer, anywhere. I had real hope for information and help when I made my initial appointment, but Dr Hassoun's bland, disinterested manner has taken that away.
