Great Vascular Dr.
They got me in quickly and addressed my issues without multiple appointments. He does not recommend operating unless absolutely necessary which I appreciated. Other Dr’s wanted to operate needlessly. Highly recommend.

20 + years later and am still here !!.
Dr Shannib conducted my Bypass Heart surgery over 20+ ago in Montreal General Hospital in Quebec. I have never had Angina Pectoris or needed any further heart surgery since then. I Am now living in the peaceful island of Nevis in the West Indies with my wife Lillian and enjoying my children and Grandchildren visits … Am thankful to Dr Shinnib that I am still here .

After seeing a series of cardiologists and not getting a correct diagnosis, I decided one more time to find the best team out there to help. Even though I drive 100 miles round trip to see Dr Shennib, it is totally worth it. Not only does he have head knowledge and knows what to look for, he also has a heart and soul for his patients.

My story begins about 10 years ago. I found myself in the hospital with a limp arm and chest pain. After a myriad of inconclusive tests and no answers as to what happened to me, I was ready to check myself out. As I was gathering my belongings, Dr. Hani Shennib came to my room and said, Mr. Kish, I know what’s wrong with you and I’m going to fix it. With a stent placed into my subclavian artery, he saved my life. Fast forward 10 years and yearly follow up appointments/ultrasounds, Dr. Shennib noticed my legs didn’t look quite right and asked me to make an appointment for a stress test. The results determined I needed to have a cardiac catheterization to further examine my heart. I was in the steady hands of Dr. Heuser, who was able to see I had 100% blockage in two of my arteries and a third being 75%. Dr. Shennib immediately ordered a triple bypass surgery. I am 6+ months post surgery and have never felt better. In closing, I would recommend Dr. Shennib in an absolute heartbeat.

I met Dr Shennib in 2016, and as he says, we decided to become life-long friends. I am so happy to have this friend. To those who don’t know, expect to wait in the waiting room. This Dr is so amazing that everyone wants him, and he wants to help everyone. That causes delays because he gives each patient all the time they need. When he doesn’t have the time and sees you anyway, he NEVER makes you feel like he doesn’t have the time for you. When you ask direct questions he will always answer honestly. He will always listen to you and understand your problems. 5 stars not high enough.

I have not met him yet. My appt. is in 8 days. The reviews I have read so far has helped me to calm dawn. Meeting him for the first time to go over results of ultrasound on my legs. I could have gotten a sooner appt. But I have to wait for payday to cover my copay.:-(. Eight days is gonna seem like forever.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shennib and his staff! In June of 2011 Dr. Shennib performed open heart surgery on me to repair an ascending aortic aneurysm. As I write this review, it's now been 8 years and many echos (ultrasounds) later with him and my regular cardiologist. Dr Shennib's work has stood the test of time and I will be forever grateful that he saved my life. Dr. Shennib and his staff are true professionals who treat their patients with respect and compassion. My only advice to new patients is that they understand and respect the fact that because Dr. Shennib is such an accomplished, and sought after surgeon, his staff occasionally has to push back or reschedule appointments when he has to go in to do an emergency surgery. It's a small price to pay for receiving such top notch care and knowing that he is saving another person's life at the same time. I honestly never expected to live this long after the discovery of my aneurysm, but I can say with 100% conf
