Dismissive
Waited an hour and a half past appointment time to see dr, very rushed dismissive of my concerns, failed to inform me of abnormal ekg for a year

Office staff and manager makes visits unpleasant
Nothing is as explained. fees tacked on and billed after appointment, refills stated as written but not given to pharmacy, antibiotics needed for blood in urine (kidney stone) but not written. Calls not returned when inquiring about above issues.

I love this facility they have always been there for me. Receptionist are always friendly and helpful and are concerned about your care. I've never had to wait long for my appointment time unless there is an emergency. Which has been very few times. I give them a 10 in my book.

Been a patient at Dr Ilia's office for 15 years. His staff is always helpful and Dr Ilia has even done a minor operation on me before. I can't say enough good things about his practice in this review

I had an visit with Ilia. To say that I am displeased with this doctor and his staff would be a gross understatement. Definitely rude, failed to inform me the results of a mammogram. If the results had been completely positive I could possibly understand, but not the case. I give 1 star because it will not permit me to give a 0. If you or someone you love needs to see a doctor my advice is to go elsewhere.
