This has gotta be the rudest and most incompetent set of people I e had to deal with. They refuse to speak English around patients and they are rude. The lady hung up on me multiple times because I’m calling for my stuff to be done then they all got some nasty attitude. You do not need to be in service!!! DISRESPECTFUL BUNCH OF PEOPLE

These people are a total disgrace & complete waste of time & energy. I Just left, they refused to see me for my appointment because "the Dr requires a mask and he doesn't care about vaccination status" this is after they didn't even have the courtesy to tell new patients that the address associated with their phone number, the address associated with their name & on the insurance is not current. Btw I am fully vaccinated & boosted & this was not a sick visit & if they said that at the time of booking or during the confirmation text or when they called again to confirm. I would not have gone. Isn't it a law that masks are not required? On the plus side of I had a heart attack on the way home my kids & cats would be rich.

Made a 9:30 a.m. appointment and had it canceled by the Dr.'s office that morning at 8:00. Rescheduled it for the next morning at the same time. Arrived at the office at 9:20 a.m. to find the office locked up and lights off. Called and spoke to a receptionist at a different location who had no clue what was going on and was told she would call me back. Waited until 9:45 and left. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the Dr. and staff.

DO NOT use this doctors office. All they want you to do is keep coming in so they can get their co-pays and insurance payments. They wouldn't even refill a simple, common, prescription for Gout medication that I've been taking for 10 years because they wanted to have me come back in for a check up and lab work first so they can get their money. There is no "test" that's needed for Colchicine. It's the ONLY medication for this condition! Complete scam or incompetence, either way not good.

DO NOT use this doctors office. All they care about is your money. I've already been diagnosed and they've prescribed it before! There is no test. What a scam. They either know nothing about Gout or are trying to suck money out of my insurance. Either way I'll never use them again.

Dr Louis Charles, Is one of the most understanding doctors that i have ever seen he listens to you and knows what your trying to say .I'm so glad to have him for my doctor.He is the best.
