Absolutely Amazing
Dr. Olsen was very straightforward, & honest about what my procedure & recovery time would entail. He explained everything to me in depth, answered all of my questions & clarified my concerns. Because of Dr. OLSEN I am currently enjoying life again (as a 33 year old should) 12 weeks post op. Procedure done: arthroscopy to repair labrum tear.

One of the best
Dr Olsen took the time to explain things in detail. He made me feel at ease and always eager to answer any questions. He never dismissed any of my symptoms as other Dr did. Would and have recommended him to anyone that needs an orthopedic Dr.

Very happy that I decided to go with Dr. Olsen for my shoulder surgery. Dr. Olsen was honest in communicating the possible outcomes of surgery and he was able to completely repair my shoulder. It will continue to be a bit of a road to full recovery but I am very happy with how the procedure went due to Dr. Olsen's skill level.

Dr Olsen repaired my Rotator at the end of February. After the first six weeks, I’ve had only moderate pain...mainly during rehab. Strength and flexibility are coming back fast at the three month mark. My PT said to thank my surgeon!

Dr. Olsen failed to diagnose an infection in my sacroiliac joint which was caused by a cortisone injection that he prescribed. When I was in immobilizing pain following the shot, I went back to Dr. Olsen, and he prescribed oral steroids and ibuprofen. This treatment didn't help, so I went back to him again, and he prescribed another round of the same treatment. Dr. Olsen did not take my pain seriously and made light of the seriousness of this issue. When I asked him if I could possibly have an infection, Dr. Olsen assured me that I did not. After following his treatment plan twice, I decided to seek treatment out of the area, where I was informed that I did, in fact, have an infection in the SI joint. I needed a surgical debridement of the joint followed by7 weeks of IV antibiotics, 2 months of joint immobilization, and 4 months of intensive physical therapy. As a result of Dr. Olsen's unprofessionalism and inability to make a proper diagnosis, I would not recommend him.

My family's experience with Dr. Hans Olsen has been nothing but POSITIVE! We were in need of a pediatric orthopedic doctor when my daughter broke her leg at the age of 6 years old. Once I saw his compassion for her, and his knowledge of how insurance companies work, I knew he was a good doctor. He then took care of my older daughters sports injuries from growing & developing that girls go thru with knees & hips. He has seen other members of our family & I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Olsen is an excellent surgeon, He removed a Pincer/Cam protrusion that had caused mein Labrum to tear, plus limping around in pain for 15 months prior. It was done by Arthroscope, and the System he used to put it back together is just as good (if not better than new) he is like an Artist with the Arthroscope. Highly recommend him, and his team!
