I needed a hernia surgery, my surgeon had retired so had to roll the dice. Very happy I called Dr Sheth, I found his office refreshingly free of big medical group drawbacks. I call and get his staff directly and quickly! A very knowledgeable surgeon and pleasant manner, he'd done the procedure I needed many times and I felt confident and at ease. The incision site looks amazing, great job!

It's been almost 8 years since my gangrenous gallbladder removal (during superstorm sandy & 2 wks after moving into the middle of the woods on a lake not knowing what was going to happen!) I was brought to the ER & after discovering what it was I was introduced to Dr. Sheth. He had a wonderful bedside manner & I was comfortable with him right away. He ended up taking 2 hrs instead of the general 45 mins it takes to remove the gallbladder. I appreciate that he was more concerned with not cutting me open & took the extra time to make an additional incision that saved me extra recovery time. I spent 4 days in the hospital. He said I could have died as there was a stone about to burst which would have caused a rupture. He literally saved my life & I would recommend him to anyone who needs general surgery.

He listens to, and, more important, trusts his patients instead of just looking at the lab results. Due to a quirk in my system, when my appendix was badly inflamed, I did not show any signs of infection in a higher White Blood Count. He trusted me and my other symptoms instead of the lab work, and removed a hot appendix in time for a quick recovery. My mother had the same quirk. Her doctors didn't believe her, and she died of a ruptured appendix. God bless Dr. Sheth.
