Rushed Visits and No Complete Physical Exam
Doctor Fam has not performed a full physical exam on my child in our four visits. Each visit felt rushed, and only once was my child examined, but it was done by the resident, not the doctor himself. I think that the care provided has not been adequate, and I’m frustrated by the lack of commitment to my child’s health.

Best Experience
Dr Fam has been a blessing to our family. Always responsive and able to listen and try more natural options instead of just pack our kid with unnecessary medication. Our baby love him, and kids don’t fake trust or love.

Have heard horror stories about Dr. Fam from multiple mom friends but had to see him because he was the doctor on call for the weekend sick clinic. Appointment felt rushed and he did not give me any opportunity to ask questions. Honestly it seemed like he was annoyed to be there and like we were inconveniencing him. Got what we needed but I will make a point to never to see him again if at all possible.

I have four sons, all of who have been seen by Dr. Fam. He is a excellent doctor, very patient, kind, and responsive to all of our needs. As a mother I have never felt rushed through any of our appointments. Dr. Fam is very thorough and understanding when I have questions or fear of the unknown. He is like a super hero that puts your mind at ease to focus on what needs to be done to care for whatever it is your child is going through. I highly recommend as your family pediatrician. His staff gets 5 stars also for their patience, and thoroughness to run his office smoothly and orderly. As a parent you will leave his office feeling as if your child is their child. Every patient is top priority.

He is a fantastic doctor! The best we have ever seen, and he has helped our daughter out so much! Her first pediatrician was horrible. I credit Dr. Fam with saving my daughter's life! He knows what he is doing medically! I highly recommend him!

I've been there twice and he's rude and didn't take his time with us...it's like he's just there for a paycheck
