Dr. Harbir Singh, MD

I started seeing Dr. Singh last winter at the recommendation of a colleague. He struck me as bright and informed. Last week I reached out to him with a sinus infection and fever--left a message and then a second message a couple of days later. It took his office five days to get back to me. I will find a new PCP.

It was baffling. I went to his office at my appointment time. I was told I had no appointment but I was in their compute system. I was told to come back in two days for a new appointment. I told the doctor I have a growth on my thyroid that may be cancerous and my blood labs don't look good. He said to have my labs and ultrasound sent over, do I did. No call. A week went by, so I called back. No records received I was told. I had them sent again and again, and no call back. I called again and said I may have cancer; the delays are making me feel worried. I was told he would call and never did.

I highly recommend Dr. Harbir Singh and Pinnacle Health Care. All the staff at Pinnacle Health Care are very kind, helpful and patient. I didn’t wait at all to be helped when I checked in. The clinic is very clean and organized. Dr. Singh is a true gem!!! I appreciate Dr. Singh taking time to explain everything clearly. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also, he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend!

All the staff are very thorough and kind and knowledgeable. I got an appointment immediately and was very satisfied with my visit. I also called with a question after i left and the doctor replied immediately.
