Dr. Singh is Rude and Unprofessional
Took my 75-year-old Mom to Dr. Singh for an Endoscopic Ultrasound. Dr. Singh was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful. He provided a 30-second explanation following the procedure and refused to provide additional information, until her follow up appointment A MONTH LATER. I feel terrible for patients who have to deal with him on a regular basis. Tallahassee Memorial Hospital can and should read these reviews and do better than this.

Would not recommend Dr Singh and or his staff.
Found Dr Singh and staff at times to be quite condisending. Family member that saw Dr. Singh stated that he yealed at her. Dr. head nurse would not get my vote for Miss Congeniality.

I had complaints but he had no tests
I had years of diarrhea, maybe lactose or IBS. He said it’s probably nothing and dismissed me. Actually I had hookworm. Go to a primary care doctor trained in the United States. Dr. Singh’s bedside arrogance is nicely balanced out by his textbook ignorance.

I went in to see Dr. Singh because I was experiencing excruciating pain in all 4 quads radiating into my back, vomiting and constipation. An Endoscopy was done. Dr Singh informed me that I had stones in my liver duct that had to be removed. What I like about him was that he avoided putting me under the knife. He performed a procedure that no other Gastroenterologist in Tallahassee, FL could do. My other choices were Mayo in Jacksonville, FL and Shands in Gainesville, FL . The procedure was performed and all the stones were removed. It's been 3 months since the procedure and I've bee pain free since. Dr Singh is a very good doctor and he knows his specialty. Thank you Dr. Singh.

I went in for an endoscopy just to check how things were going. I have reflux and hadn't had an endoscopy for several years. The only thing Dr. Singh wanted to talk about was the fact that considering the fact that I am indeed a fat person, he REALLY wanted to perform bariatric surgery on me. I told him no (emphatically) and he proceeded to push it. I had to refuse several times and he demanded to know why not. Then, after my procedure, and while I was still recovering from the anesthesia, he came in to find out if my insurance covered bariatric surgery. I was still pretty high, but my husband was there, thankfully, and told him once again that I was not interested in the surgery. Won't be going back to him.

Dr. Singh has been my physician for 15 years. The day I entered his practice he took charge of what could have been a loss of life. Dr. Singh and his staff expeditiously worked to get me to a local hospital for assessment. I will never forget how he met me and my family at the hospital, reviewed my test, and immediately made arrangements for me to travel to the Mayo Clinic within hours. His assessment of my condition and expeditious referral to the Mayo Clinic has allowed me to enjoy 15 additional years to enjoy my children/grandchildren and family. I strongly recommend Dr. Singh. He is compassion, through, caring and uses his knowledge and skill to give you the best possible medical care. Dr. Singh and his staff are family. During my initial urgent visit and recovery, Dr. Singh checked on me constantly. He consulted with my Mayo physician 15 years ago and still do today. Thanks Dr. Singh I will never forget you, Rhonda and your staff. Continue doing good.

Dr Singh is horrible! After being diagnosed with cancer my oncologist and primary requested I have a colonoscopy. Singh refused each time stating it wasn’t necessary. Finally my oncologist set up a colonoscopy at Moffitt and they found 3 precancerous polyps. Thankfully I didn’t listen to Dr Singh.

One star is too generous. He even told me he has been telling me since 2009 an issue; I didn't even live in this city until 2019. Totally dismissive, arrogant, does NOT listen.

I would not recommend Dr. Hardeep Singh to anyone. He acted in an arrogant and condescending manner as soon as he came into the exam room. He folded his arms and asked me to explain why I was there. I told him that along with the diarrhea, I had a constant pain in my lower left side. He seem to think I was a hypochondriac based on past visits for diarrhea and procedures performed by Dr. Paulk. He was very dismissive at this point. It was about here in our conversation that I told him that my stomach also hurt when I took a deep breath. He actually laughed at this and said “there is no medical reason for that.” His physical examination of me appeared to be an afterthought, as he had left the room and came right back in to push around on my stomach, indicating he found nothing wrong. He had a nurse come in and give me lab sheets for stool and blood work. I will not be following back up with this guy.

Told me my genetic disease was in my head, and I needed to “cut it out,” because “TPN is dangerous.” DUH. I wasn’t on it because I wanted to be. A friend with the same disease called my hospital room crying because of the things he said to her in her hospital room. (He scared her and blamed her for a physical illness she had no control over.) And later, when I was diagnosed with a life-threatening cancer in my 30’s and was tearful because I had little ones and didn’t want to die, he told me, “Young people die all the time,” and then proceeded to tell me about a younger patient of his who had a newborn and died. “That’s life,” he said. REALLY?! Also, it seemed like he wanted to talk to my husband about my situation and plan of care instead of talking to me about my situation and plan of care. I did wonder at the time if he had a bias against women or just me personally. In fairness, I WAS tearful, so perhaps that was just unpleasant for him. Either way, I avoid him whenever possible.

I have been dealing with wheezing and cough for 20 months. I have seen 6 specialists in Tallahassee, including Dr. Singh. I know that GERD can cause coughing and wheezing, so I went to see him. Dr. Singh was very condescending and dismissive of me. He did not examine me. He told me I had gained weight and had GERD. Mayo Clinic diagnosed me with a rare disease, tracheobroncomalacia. I have changed to another doctor, since Dr. Sing is not interested in his patient's welfare.

I took my 80 year old mother to this practice. She has dementia and was sign by Dr. Singh regarding GI problems. Dr. Signh was abrasive when addressing my mother and was irritated at her inconsistency in answers. Did I mention she has dementia? The dementia diagnosis was well documented in her medical history. He showed no compassion to the symptoms I explained as the care giver. At one point he was so loud that member of his nursing staff stepped into the room to ensure everyone was ok.

This man is a pretentious, condescending jerk. He completely ignored my symptoms, and basically told me I was imagining them and that there was nothing they can do for me. He’s really hard to talk to, and like someone else said, he does not know how to sympathize with his patients. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I’m definitely going to have a second opinion.

Dr. Singh has been treating me for Ulcerative Colitis for years. When I first starting going to DDC, I was very sick. He has kept my flares at bay, with the right medicine, so I can lead a normal life. He takes time to listen to what I have to say and gives me the facts. I trust and recommend him entirely.
