Rude and did not care
I have been back and forth in INOVA for help. She did not want to listen to my health problems, she focused on 1 problem instead of the overall issues. I found her rude and dismissive. She continued to try to send me to an emergency room instead of addressing the problems.

Awful
She did not want to listen to me about any of my issues. I felt like I was completely ignored and pushed out to an ER due to insurance. She was with me maybe 3 min after waiting for over 40 min to see her!

Zero knowledge
Pushes medication and even after being told about my history of medicine allergy gave me medicine which caused me severe allergic reaction. Pushes you to see other specialist in Inova to generate business for Inova. Setting up specialist appointments without asking the patient. Horrible experience.

I thought she was extremely condescending and unhelpful. The x-ray of my foot shows no fracture, but that isn't that uncommon with stress fractures, particularly if it is small and considering I didn't get the x-ray for 6 days after the injury. However, she acted as if there is nothing wrong with my foot and even though it is severely swollen, still slightly bruise and incredibly painful.
