Could use a better bedside manner. Could be a bit more friendly instead of just , ...next. Job well done, office was an excellent choice for me, very convenient. Probably the sheer boredom of scope after scope, maybe just burn out. Staff friendly and engaging. He, not so much. But he did his job!

This man is low on the reviews for a reason ,he does not treat us like we are human! We need an explanation for our diagnosed condition ! he did not know what medications I was taken or that he had prescribed the medication and take our other conditions into consideration or offer alternatives ,you can not take out something without putting something else in to help our condition !

Long wait time after seeing nurse. Once almost 2 hours and office was not busy. Spent time texting on phone, no he wasn't putting in info on me in on chart. He never looked at my chart. He did order liver biopsy after liver enzymes were extremely high severely times. This just isn't a doctor to go to if you suffer from primary biliary cholangitis.

Dr. Grover was very arrogant and dismissive of my complaints and mitigating health issues. Not compassionate. He doesn't go beyond the obvious to try to find other reasons for my GI problems. I had to insist that he do a camera endoscopy, rather than him suggesting to take this extra step. If there was another doctor in the area who does the camera endoscopy, I would not go to him at all. His staff is friendly, though.

I'm only giving 1 star because I was unable to give zero stars. I had to wait over an hour at both of my appointments. When I get to the exam room the Doctor's assistant came in and took all of my information and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for Dr. Grover to come in. Dr. Grover barely looked at me and didn't listen to what I was saying. He asked me three times about my problem with diarrhea and I had to explain to him three times that diarrhea wasn't my problem.
