Dr Rao and his office staff (Kristina) are THE BEST. He is an expert and takes his time to explain things. He is personable and Kristina is efficient. 100% recommend.

beware
walked into my husband room at TOPS also after he had surgery and is charging $330.00 for less than 5 minutes of his time.BEWARE

I had hip surgery with an overnight stay at TOPS. Dr.Harish Rao was not my doctor and was not requested. He stopped in for less than 5 minutes to ask 'How is your pain level?' and 'How are you feeling?'... that's it, nothing more. A couple of weeks later, we received an invoince for $330. We called his office to have the invoice removed, and the billing person said they 'get a few calls a week about this'. We're cash pay, I can only imagine the number of people on insurance that he's scamming like this. He apparently just walks the hospital halls at night walking into whatever room and then charging. I assume he does it at night waiting for them to be groggy and full of meds.If he's not your doctor and he walks in your room, just tell him to leave. NO value added.
