I've visited Dr. Sandu many MANY times over the last 7 years with recurring issues with my right foot. I've been repeatedly told "It doesn't look broken, but let's treat it like it is", and been put in a boot. After finally visiting a different doctor, I'm being told that my issues are due to undiagnosed metatarsus adductus and a screw which Dr. Sandu's colleague, Dr. Stanfield, put in my foot 7 years ago to 'repair' a broken bone. The incorrect screw was used and since they didn't correct the metatarsus adductus I've broken two more bones. The brakes are clearly visible on standing xrays, which Dr. Sandu never did. The boot I've worn multiple times was not enough to heal the breaks and now I have to wear a cast for 6-8 weeks, and potentially have yet another surgery if it doesn't heal. If you don't know feet, don't play with feet! Pure negligence.

Purely negligent and clueless. – Oct 03, 2020

Dr. Sandhu is GREAT! The check in process of this office, not so much. First of all, this is an orthopedic office which means there are a lot of patients on crutches or wheelchairs and you have to walk all the way down the hallway to get checked in. Then once you're in you have to walk past the check in desk to turn around and stand and wait for someone to call you to the desk. I have stood there ON CRUTCHES for at least 10-15 minutes waiting to be checked in. Not a great set up, needs work
