All my family has been to Dr. Marshall and I have referred several people to him. You don't so much as have to take an advil after he pulls a tooth. He is so good at teeth removal and wisdom teeth removal. I personally know 2 people he removed wisdom teeth for and they were eating the same day!

Leaving a review specifically for a receptionist named Julie. From the moment I called to set up an appointment with her, she started making unsolicited comments about me making an appointment. Very impatient and intolerant. She sounded done with everything and everyone. I understand that there are many patients that do not treat receptionists well, but that does not excuse her rude behavior towards others that are only kind to her. Dr. Marshall is a great man, but if he keeps this receptionist, people would be less willing to go to him.

In around 2000, I came to Dr Marshall with a broken prosthesis in my jaw from a previous surgery from another doctor. I wore this jaw broke for three years. First visit, found it broken and scheduled a surgery to remove my rib and put it in my jaw. He ended up in a Dallas magazine that year and I’m doing good 20 years later....I had had numerous surgeries before coming to see Dr Marshall

I terminated a patient relationship with Dr. Marshall due what I consider a rude, unfriendly, ineffective office staff. As presented by his scheduler after much questioning, normal procedures require hospital admission and an overnight stay for wisdom teeth extraction. Criitical information was not easily obtained. I definitely do not recommend this oral surgeon.

What: wisdom teeth extractions Doctor: competent, However he repeated info more than once or twice, thus consult dragged on. waited over 65 min while new comers were called to the back. One front office staff especially rude & salty in general, so much so it gave me a sick feeling in my gut. my teenager would mouth OMG or look at me bugged eyed listening to her talk on the phone, to other staff or exclaiming "now what?" to a frail elderly patient that dug up the courage to approach her again.
