Terrible!
I saw Dr Pillsbury back in the '80s when I had terrible vertigo and he told me it was all in my head because he had me breathe in three times really fast and asked me if I was dizzy. So I basically went to another doctor who found a fistula in my inner ear and repaired it. So glad this man retired!!! I feel he is dangerous. And his technician told me it was safe to go swimming underwater when the doctor who found the problem told me I could have drowned had I done so.
