Dr. Harris Greenberger, DPM

I went to Dr. Greenberger because of acute pain in my foot. I was in unbearable pain and unable to put my heel down while even walking. He diagnosed me with Plantars Faciitis. He was very thorough, patient and knowledgable. He treated me with laser therapy which was pain and risk free and moreover was a panacea to my problem. I received 6 laser therapy treatments and after two weeks my problem was eliminated and I resumed to tennis a few times a week without any problem. It was amazing therapy and even after the first treatment the pain and inflammation was greatly improved. I went from not being able to put weight on my heel without excrutiating pain to walking on my heel in the same day. I also did stretching exercises, iced it and wore more supportive inserts recommended by Dr Greenberger. But the Laser therapy was truly amazing in my healing process and I can't recommend it more highly. Dr. Greenberger has state of the art laser equipment. He is simply the best!

Dr. Greenberger is an excellent podiatrist! He is an expert in diagnosing and treating any foot condition. In addition, he is a superb surgeon who can work wonders. My son had no pain after having an infected ingrown toenail removed. It healed perfectly. He has helped my husband and me with numerous foot problems. He is reassuring and patient and compassionate and knows the answers to every question about your feet. Absolutely the best podiatrist ever!

Each and every time I enter the office, I am cheerfully greeted by Dr. G's staff. The wait is never more than a few minutes and I am brought into a room. Dr. Greenberger is professional and has been treating me with lasers for heel pain. The results have been terrific and I would totally recommend him to anyone seeking excellent foot care in southern Fairfield County.

I came to see Dr Greenberger because I had a strong persistent pain on the bottom of my right foot. When he came into the room, he did not even say hello, made no reference to all the information that I had to fill out in the waiting room (obviously he had not read any of it) and was very abrupt in hearing about my problem. He did make some comment about why another problem that I had would not clear up, but did not follow through on how I could get rid of it. He diagnosed the main issue, and told me about the treatment he wanted me to use. When I wasn't clear about some of the procedure and asked him to explain it, he grew impatient and I could see he was not interested in helping me further. A month later I received a whopping bill that was twice as much as I would have expected even after my insurance had covered half! I am very disappointed in the lack of help that I received, and the outrageously high bill that he sent.

Dr. Greenberger had a poor bedside manner with my 10 year old. He also wasn’t careful enough with his scalpel and my son left the appointment with a wound that needed to be treated with steristrips. The office staff was rude when dealing with refunding the charge for the appointment, insisting that my next appointment would be free of charge. As if I’m going to return! Stay away. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
