He was impersonal. He continued to insist it was a pain complex when it was a malunion corrected by another professional orthopedic doctor. Went through pain and misery a year and a half because of that fact.

Unprofessional, arrogant, narcissistic. Sent for a work injury to my shoulder. Had no answers when he saw nothing on the x ray. Said rudely “what do you want me to do about it?” Continue to have pain and a “sand” grinding type of sensation. Made me uncomfortable to be seen again for it. Time for this jerk to retire.

I had a great experience. He informed me well in advance of the procedure what to expect in the hospital and during my recovery. He spoke with my husband right after the procedure. When he was not available, his PA was, so either was responsive to any questions or concerns I had. My recovery has gone well! After all, progress is mostly up to the patient.

Had no suggestions for my wife's issue. He performed a shoulder surgery on her, explained to me that it took longer than expected because he didn't have the proper tools. Her pain persists and he had no suggestions as to what to do.

I will NEVER recommend Dr. Dinsmore. He doesn’t listen to legitimate issues. After surgery I was experiencing a bad recovery. I told him my symptoms and he asked, “Have you ever heard of CRPS?” I said, “No, what is that?” He said, “That would be a good thing for you to look up.” I asked him FOUR times what it is. He did not answer each time by avoiding the question. He then left to get my PT papers & never returned. He also said my much worsened asthma was due to allergies. It was not. Awful Dr.
