Dr. Harry Hicklin III, MD

Dr Hicklin is one the best cardiologist I ever used. After a visit to the ER, they suggested I see a cardiologist as soon as possible to check me out. After looking in my health insurance plan (find doctors option) and getting a referral from a friend, who had heart conditions and using Dr Hicklin, I called to get an appointment, which I was amazed to get one the next day...unheard of these days. He reviewed the notes from the ER and scheduled an Echo and Stress test (in his office) for the following week. Had follow up meeting within a week to review results of tests. In summary, Dr. was not 'rushed' and explained my condition, gave me BP medicattio a follow up appointment to see if there are any changes. All-in-all, I've never been more pleased with the people and timely service. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist. He has many years of experience and very responsive to our stress. PS: My wife needed to find a cardiologist and is now seeing him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hicklin ‘s for a number of years. He has remained my cardiologist because of the service that he and his office staff provide. A doctor that truly cares deeply about his patients, gives them the most update and thorough knowledge available in the field of cardiology and does this in a manner of warmth and compassion. Dr. Hicklin’s nurse and staff personnel are always kind and professional, not cold and indifferent. They form a team that compliments the overall office standards. We are most fortunate to have this cardiology office serving our area !!

Awesome doctor! Great staff! Everyone made me feel welcomed and they were all really nice. Dr Hicklin really took his time with me. He listened and explained everything so that it was easy to understand. He was also very thorough.

Dr. Hicklin does not have an institutional style, but he obviously has a deep understanding of cardiology. From my test results, he said I did not need an intervention procedure but I needed to make some lifestyle changes. My girlfriend thought I needed a second opinion from a Charlotte doctor, but he was not nearly as helpful with advice, and when I asked questions, he said 100% what Dr. Hicklin had. Since then, Dr. Hicklin's follow up has been great.

First time seeing Dr. Hicklin was today. So impressed with the way he listened to my particular situation before he began talking. There was no doubt in my mind that he cared very much and wanted to help. It was comforting to me that he was middle aged. He has seen and dealt with many situations and this fact plus his calming demeanor made me feel very much at ease. He fully explained every medical decision and made sure any questions I had, had been addressed.
