My first visit with Dr. Katz was such a pleasant experience. He made you feel welcome and has a warm demeanor. Same with my follow up visit. I’ll definitely be seeing him again when and if need be.

Dr Katz actually looks at his patient rather than computer! He explains clearly, is receptive to questions. He doesn’t do unnecessary procedures.

I had to wait for almost 3 hours to see the doctor. One receptionist who schedules appointments is way beyond being rude and there is no accountability. Too much nerves and time spent on one visit. Will never go there again!

Dr. Katz missed the ball entirely. He sent my biopsy out to a facility other than Valley, it was mis-read, and he went on vacation. His colleague passed along the mis-diagnosis telling me I had a 2% chance of survival. Turns out I had non-squamous cell cancer and a strong chance of survival. Such mistakes should not happen and it all sits at his feet. Really poorly done and no excuses for the sloppy procedures (he shouldn't have sent the biopsy to LabCorp, should have had some one from Valley read the test results and should have communicated directly with me).
