Dr. Menco began treating my mother over a year ago and he STILL has never had a conversation with us as to where her treatment is going. Her questions are answered with complicated answers or none at all. He doesn't return phone calls and his communication skills are ZERO. I have never met a more unpleasant doctor...of course, I still haven't actually MET this doctor - he isn't one for face to face meetings. Ultimately, I feel like this doctor is more concerned about padding his pockets.
