Worst experience ever
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any Doctor office. My husband and I moved to Henderson and were looking for a new doctor, we actually never saw a doctor ever. We met with the PA and he ordered labs for both of us. We scheduled follow up visits to go over our lab work. Of course still no doctor, again the PA. We met with him together and our visits lasted about 10 minutes total. My husband had to bring to his attention that his levels were high on his kidneys and the PA just said oh okay. That was it. Fast forward to a month later my husband needed a refill of his medication and I called for him as he was at work. They tolerate me that they would need to speak with him. I scheduled for them to call him on his way home from work and they requested he pull off the freeway to give them a $25.00 payment over the phone to refill his prescription. He was like “wait, what”, you want me to pull off a freeway to give you $25.00 to refill my prescription. He said this is horrible

Terrible customer service
The office doesn't answer calls.The response time is 3 to 5 days.The mailbox is full.And this is a doctor's office.I feel like I don't matter or a animal. unbelievably terrible

Dr. Pan has done my annual physicals for several years. In mid Jun, I got chest pains and went to the ER where they found a blood clot in my lungs. I spent 4 days in the hospital. I was given a short term prescription for a blood thinner and advised to meet with my primary care doctor within 3 or 4 days to confirm the medications and get refills. I called Dr. Pan's office and left a message but got no call back. On Jun 19 I got the appointment desk and explained my situation and was told the best she could do was make an appt the end of Aug. I I asked that she let me talk to Dr. Pan or advise Dr. Pan of my situation. She refused. I have to assume that Dr. Pan's policy is for the appt desk to block any contact. Dr. Pan is a good doctor for "fair weather needs" where a 2+ month wait works. He gets an F for supporting a patient when there is an emergency need.

Great Primary Care Doctor
My whole family goes to him. My wife is a retired medical office manager and she is quick to point out how great his staff is. I have had a few really good Primary Care Doctors in the decades that I have lived in Las Vegas, but I consider Dr. Pan the best. His two Physician Assistants are excellent, too.
