Disrespectful, Uncaring, and Rude
IF YOU ARE A VETERAN STAY AWAY!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A DOCTOR ON ACTIVE DUTY OR AT THE VA!!! He was extremely late. Once he did show up he decided that he didn’t like how the papers in my file were printed and decided that personally refilling toner cartridges in his office printers was more important than my appointment and made me wait another half hour while he did that. He didn’t bother to introduce himself and establish rapport. He made zero attempt to familiarize himself with my situation. He didn’t even bother to read the 20+ page questionnaire that took me hours to fill out. He disputed everything I had to say and treated me like I am an idiot who doesn’t even know his own body and symptoms. He wrote down falsehoods about my condition on the form that will be submitted to the VA and will directly affect my disability rating and gave me no chance to provide verbal input. It took him five minutes to get through an appointment that should take over an hour.

The Dr was rude ,didn't listen to me and laughed at my families medical issues. Told me my family was good money for Dr's because of the issues they have. He didn't listen to me about the issue I came there for. His behavior was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable.I was shocked and my body language was such he could tell I was put off by his behavior. He told me because of this I should find another Dr.

The staff there are very friendly, and the doctor is very nice, respectful and attended to my medical needs. I would absolutely recommend any of my family and friends to this facility.

my experience was great the moment i walked in the door the staff greeted me and brought me back very shortly the waiting time in the back was not to long and when Dr. Patel came into my room he sat with me for a great amount of time and went over all the details of my health with me.
