I waited 3 hours to be seen. When he did come see me, he spent *maybe* 1 minute with me. Sent me for X-rays. Nurse came and gave me my diagnosis. She said if I had any other questions, I would have to “wait a very long time because he is busy”. Meanwhile, I had walked thru the ER to get to X-ray, and it was virtually empty.

Excellent ER care from Dr. Desai. Highly qualified and compassionate care in very difficult situation. We have never been to Good Sam before because other ERs were closer. After moving, we needed ER care and Good Sam was closest. We will now be confident that Good Sam, Dr. Desai, and the caregivers we encountered when admitted will provide excellent care, if needed.
