Dear Dr. Singh,As you're getting ready to move on from Chen Medical, I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I appreciate the amazing care you've given me while you've been there. Knowing you won't be around anymore leaves a big gap that's going to be hard to fill.Right from the first time I met you, you made a really strong impression on me. You were so good at listening and understanding my worries. It made me feel like you really got me and cared about what I was going through. Plus, you explained things about my health in a way that wasn't confusing, even when it was pretty complicated.But what really made your care stand out was how much you genuinely cared about me, not just as a patient but as a whole person. You didn't just focus on my physical health; you cared about how I was doing emotionally too.
