Ignored patient concern for almost a year. Patient got fed up and went to a new primary. New primary listened the 1st visit. It was not something to be ignored. I’m not sure if it was apathy or lack of knowledge or something else.

I like Dr Zaidi, but his staff needs some work, he is a great doctor and wish I was still going to see him. Go see him if you want a good doctor, but keep in mind your patience will be tested with the rest of the staff.

Dr. Zaidi has been treating my family for past 10 years. He is very professional, caring and understands the problem patient is experiencing. He is able to treat people of different age group from young kids to senior citizen. Dr.Zaidi has treated my mother who was 80+, my husband, my kids and me. I will highly recommend him to any and everyone.

Are you kidding me, if you aren't satisfied 100% with Dr Zaidi and his staff, then there's no pleasing you! Best doctor I have ever had!

While I didn't dislike doctor, the staff is awful and always act like they're being put out to do simple tasks like take a message or scan new insurance. It's rather pathetic.

His office staff's attitude is so unprofessional, it's one paticular female working there. While going over my medications, my medications list wasn't updated from my last visit, and I asked why? I am done with this whole lot, I spent the time out of my day to get to this appointment, and this is the care I recieve. Some how I doubt they can undue the mental anguish that this one female staff person put me through.
