I’ll buy visit today I was treated extremely rude, disrespected, and just plain put down in every way by the receptionist who’s there and she told Dr. Jwala to don’t let me come there anymore. She said “she has always had problems out of me”. there has NEVER been any problems with me at any time in the 2 1/2 years I’ve been going there. I have seen her do it to other people and I feel really bad for them but today she did it to me and I have cried all day in front of her also, I can’t eat, I can’t sleep & I’m missing work bc Of my mental state she put me in. I did nothing wrong to that woman, who I was told is dr.J wife… I will be in touch with the attorney about her and the doctors office. There was the reason for him to tell me to find another doctor because of her because of her.

I love Dr J ,the wait times are at least an hour most visits its overbooking and not enough staff ,he needs 2 nurses ,1 for vitals & 1 for giving shots and tests !! I have been a patient for 20 years & hes always been great to me ?

Dr. Jariwala and his staff are always friendly and caring, making appointments are extremely easy. Never do I have a long wait time, he listens to my issues and shares his thoughts and advice to help when needed! All calls are returned in a timely manner!

I don't feel like I got one word in. It's clear what kind of place is being ran here to begin with. People were cursing in the waiting room feeling like they were not going to be able to see him, ( they needed their pills they said) It's clear Medicaid is being drained here for Pain pill purposes. I received no resolution of my problem, I didn't even get to explain it well, he was more concerned about the people in the next room. I wouldn't use him, I changed my Doc the min I left!

Better bring exact copay amount.....if your copay is $8.00, they will not take $10 and leave you with credit for next time. They will be happy to charge you an extra $2.00 to put it on your credit card to make it exactly $8.00......and $2.00 extra for them. It does NOT take $2.00 to process a credit card payment.

I couldn't even say I give one star. It's a shame that people who are really sick and has medicaid has to be seen by this incompetent man, not a doctor in my views. Just a medicaid drainer to drain all your allowed coverage and keep you coming back. He orders blood work but can't tell you results due to its only money he wants, he don't care about a diagnosis of your blood count. Also, he doesn't keep up with why you come to see him. So for your life, go see another doctor that's actually a doc!
