I hope everyone reads this review. My name is Krista Cutler, and my boyfriend is Wayne Kizewski. Wayne was a 54-year-old healthy male, so healthy Wayne didn’t even have a primary care doctor. In May 2022 Wayne felt a lump in his testicle. The testicle was removed in August 2022. Soon thereafter we met with Dr. Hassan Hassan. He told us Wayne had a small amount of cancer that had spread to his lymph nodes in his abdomen and should undergo a short round of chemotherapy. Wayne had chemotherapy over 9 weeks, only 21 days of treatment. When we talked to Dr. Hassan about our concerns of cancer and the proposed treatment plan, he said, “This is the best form of cancer and treatment, and it has a 97% success rate.” Wayne asked right then, “Am I going to be ok, I have a 16 year old son at home I raise.” Dr. Hassan continued to tell us how lucky we were that this was “all “Wayne had. Wayne started chemotherapy on September 12, 2022. November 21, 2022, Wayne had his final body scans.

Dr. Hassan and Dr Tanzler saved my life. I had a 20% cancer of surviving. They pulled me thru. 6 months in on immuniotherapy I wanted to give up but he gave me the spirit to continue. It's going y to be hard to earn the trust of another..

Did not diagnose stage 3b Hodgkin lymphoma
I saw dr. Hassan in march of 2020 with anemia, night sweats, fevers and fatigue. He took blood work and treated with iron infusions for 4 months and told me I did not have cancer. I told him I was not getting better and he was referring me to a rheumatologist. After our last visit I lost the ability to swallow and checked myself into the Mayo Clinic ER where they diagnosed me with stage 3b Hodgkin a lymphoma with bulky disease. Now I could say this was a mistake or overlooked but this cancer is dr. Hassan’s specialty and I had all the symptoms. Had he given me a simple pet scan I would have been diagnosed and treated at an earlier stage and may have never lost the use of my vocal chord.

The visits are always a joy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Wait times are short and done with care. When my wife passed away in September 2020 they all gathered around me to comfort me! This is the best doctors office I have ever been in! Dr Hassan always takes time to check on my emotional health as well as my physical health!
