That it is I m not going back there again to wait an excessive length of time, but today was absurd. It was an hour and a half minutes after my appointment time before I have to get inside and complain loudly so they take care of me, and only then because I complained after waiting for so long, I got inside there and a nurse put yellow eye drops that burn my eye, and she couldn't make the machines work in the first room, she took me to the second room and put the yellow burning eyes drops for second time, and again the machines did not work, she took me out and asked me to wait for the doctor again, I left without seeing the doctor!! Never coming to that awful office again, Doctor has no manners, and do not respect his patients time! my eyes were yellow inside and out, very upsetting experience!!

I’m so appreciative this kind Dr. went above & beyond to help me on the weekend. When I came to the office, his office staff were very attentive & kept the office clean & safe for their patients. Excellent Dr. with excellent staff!

I finally cut the ties with Tavakkoli. I have ALWAYS had to wait an excessive length of time, but today was absurd. It was an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back, and only then because I complained after waiting in my car for 50 minutes and was complaining loudly after they allowed me into the waiting room. Another patient had an appointment 15 minutes BEFORE mine, but was docile, and she was still waiting when I went in. I told the assistant that I felt I was called then only because I was complaining, as a patient who should have been before me was still waiting. I asked him if that was correct, and he simply rolled his eyes and left the room, refusing to answer. That was the last straw. No hint of an apology from anyone. I told Tavakkoli and his helpers that they showed no respect for the patients. He tried to blame the pandemic, but we know it has always been a matter of over-scheduling. I decided that I could not have my eyes tended to by that

My MIL is milked for her Medicare benefits. This is a factory. Wait time could be 2 hours with an appointment. Always wants to do laser surgery. She's 89. Demand a professional 2nd opinion referral from your primary care physician.

Everyone here was very efficient and nice. Dr. Tavakkoli explained his concerns clearly and was very thorough. My only issue was since I was a new patient I thought he should have introduced himself and asked me my name. He could have been friendlier.

The wait time for this facility is off the chain. First visit 2.5 hours, second 1.5 hours and then both times each doctor failed to read all the doctor's notes and procedures.

horrible experience my mom had a bad case of conjunctivitis as soon he came in the room to exam her he started to freak out about it. I think it was ridiculous to act like that. Also he has no bedside manners .

Dr T bedside manners are amazing . He spends A lot of time with his patients. The office staff was friendly and caring. I highly recommend this doctor.
