The best doctor in Austin!
What do you say about a doctor who literally saved your daughters life? We adored Dr. Rimer as soon as we met her at our daughter’s newborn check up but thinking about my daughter’s 18 month check up I can’t help but cry with gratitude. As soon as Dr. Rimer walked in I could tell something wasn’t right. She started asking a lot of questions and quickly left the room and came back with a lab order telling me we needed to rush to Dell Children’s for emergency blood work. The blood work showed our daughter was critically anemic and needed to be admitted to the hospital immediately. If it hadn’t been for her quick thinking, I honestly don’t know what could have happened. By the next morning we had four specialist in our room. We learned in the days that followed that Dr. Rimer had literally tracked them all down and gave them all her personal cell phone number just in case they had any questions about our daughter’s history and to be kept in the loop with what was going on. The specialist

Dr. Haydee Rimer goes beyond her call of duty with every patient 100% of the times. In addition, she makes sure to inform his/her parent, grandparent or guardian how to take care of the child to make sure that the child returns to health as quickly and as effectively as possible. Dr. Rimer focuses on providing high quality medical treatment to help the child recover his/her physical health. Also, she also pays attention to psychological, emotional, social, physical environment surrounding the child so that the child is able to grow and develop as expected.

Dr. Rimer is a caring and kind individual. I have an issue however with how the place is run. I discovered that my son's records failed to show several vaccines that he had received in the office. They almost double vaccinated him, before I stopped them. Upon reviewing the vaccines my insurance had already been charged for and internal notes, they updated his records. We are in the middle of transferring our boys to a different doctor and are now being charged to transfer records between offices
