Dr. Hayden Lewis, MD

Not so sure that this is the right doctor to replace the previous one in this office. He’s not as personable. He’s also not as thorough but is kind.

This office is incompetent & horrible at following up with results after testing is complete. When you call to get the results, they either don't call you back & you have to keep calling or they blame someone for not getting back to you. Waited 2 hours in the office for a physical after being lied to about "car trouble" only to be told later that the PA slept in. (By the PA herself) The front office staff has made me lose any confidence I had with this office. After 3 years of this nonsense, definitely looking for a new Primary Care Physician ASAP Made us feel like all they want & care about is the money. Would NOT recommend this office!

S.L.O.W. For refills, even asthma meds. Takes days to get if you get at all.

I would like to give 5 Stars but I am having problems with their billing group. I went for an annual visit that is covered 100% and have been getting a bill from Texas Health Physicians Group. All they do is create a ticket, promise to call back but all I get is bills. I have spent more time on the phone than at the dr office. My time is just as valuable as theirs. The dr office itself told me twice that I do not have a balance. So someone please explain!

Since switching to Dr. Lewis, I have had all of my medical needs met! He is a fantastic physician, and his staff is great. From the knowledgeable and helpful PA's on staff to the welcoming receptionists. No complaints! 10/10
