Dr. Heesemann is the best doctor we've ever had. She is always willing to answer any questions we have, even if the questions are about us (the parents) during an appointment for a well child checkup. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone in our family and always remembers everything about us. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing.

I requested a test that had been recommended to my sister for osteoporosis Dr was unfamiliar with it immediately looked it up did a quick read let me know it was new not a lot of research done yet, but she did order it and was interested in looking at results. Appreciate open mindedness.

Hayley was so empathetic with my care. She took the time to explain and educate me about my medical conditions that impact my daily functioning. She also took an extra step to engage with me about other life stressors that I'm dealing with. Provided information about a dermatologist is Spokane, updated medications, and made an internal referral. Truly could not be happier with this level of service and care.
