Dr.Diel went above and beyond what is expected. Due to past issues with a procedure performed at the Bozeman Hospital by the Gallatin Valley Anethesiologists, he took the time contact them, Unfortunately, the hospital had no record of me although I was there 18 months ago. Fortunately, my sister had the records for his review. He was able to add the process he used to avoid the Bozeman incident to the Benefis records, as well, as providing us with the document for our records. Kudos!
