Was going to him for 3 years, I have several back issues including adult degenerative scoliosis, degenerative spondylolithesis, DDD, and floating rib syndrome. I had several epidural treatments and they stopped working so he prescribed Tramadol, which isn’t much better than aspirin but it was better than nothing. He always gave me refills, no questions asked until one time they said I needed to come in to be given a check-up. This was in February. The nurse said they couldn’t fit me in until May and I asked what I was supposed to do n them a time, and she said take Motrin. Obviously that didn’t work and I ended up developing shingles in my left eye. My ophthalmologist prescribed Tramadol for 10 days for pain. When I went back to Dr Fallin, he said I broke my contract by letting my Opthalmologist give me Tramadol. I told him I didn’t have any and hadn’t had any since February! He wouldn’t listen and told me not to come back. Did not have an ounce of compassion for me.

Terrible. Was his "patient" for 10 years, but rarely saw him, always his physicians assistant. Had a lot of pain from accident, and would try different pain meds until I finally was on large dosage of morphine. My insurance change and prices skyrocketed, so I used medication he had previously prescribed for me. Went to office to refill after a couple months, and he yelled at me, said I broke our contract, and told me to get out of his office and never come back. I had withdrawals for months

I've been with Dr. Fallin for four years, ever since he was at the basement of the hospital. It was the best decision I've made in 30 years of suffering with my sacral condition. I've highly recommended him from day one and among all of the Doctors I've seen, I like him most of all. He gets it and he and his staff truly care about the patients and their well-being. His practice will vastly improve your quality of life.

sad! I suffer daily from back pain!!! Ruins my life....I stared here at this clinic, they generally seem to care but TRULY DO NOT! Signed a prescription contract , accidentally took a TRAMADOL ( who would take a tramadol to abuse, what a joke) thought I had taken my mobic, boy was I wrong. Was given a urine test ~ only to have failed because of the Tramadol .acted like I ingested crack or something, Really crappy way to treat a patient, really doesn't care about you're pain .
