Lacking forthrightness and honesty
As a result of my only contact via telephone with Dr. Henbest, his attempts to dissuade me from continued use of COPD medication I've used for 10 years and his disingenuous claims that non-curative palliative care for my "incurable" spinal stenosis -- contrary to diagnoses from both the Mayo Clinic and his own employer Kaiser/CO -- is a viable choice for my ongoing medical needs, I cannot accept Dr. Henbest as a wise choice. He disregarded other aspects of my history and did not bode well for my further involvement with him.

Dr. Henbest is not my regular doctor but I saw him when my doctor was not available. He is very easy-going and easy to talk to. He listened carefully and was very thorough. I was very pleased with the care I received from him.

I have never had a doctor sit down and really talk to me about my health like Dr. Henbest did. I didn't feel rushed, and he really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was thoroughly impressed with his office, his staff, and the Kaiser process!
