Dr. Heather Bick, DO

Dr. Bick is amazing! She helped me with my host of medical issues. I had the worst month and she listened and was so meticulous to find out what the root problems were. She made me feel like I was in the best hands. Memorial Healthcare is lucky to have her!! Thank you Dr. Bick

Dr. Bick was attentive and kind during my grandmother's visit to the emrgency room. At baseline, my grandmother is an anxious and fearful person and because of this, she does not do well in a hospital setting. Dr. Bick made her feel comfortable and heard. My grandmother felt that Dr. Bick listened to her concerns and took them seriously- she ordered appropriate imaging/ testing and gave appropriate pain managment meds. My grandmother also made sure to mention, more than once, how gentle she was during her physical examination, when she had to palpate very sensitve and painful areas of her abdomen. The ER had some excitement coming through their doors that day with a lot of ambulances bringing patient's and Dr. Bick had her hands full with patient's, but did not let that detour her from providing us time appropraite updates and results. Dr. Bick is a well educated and well rounded Doctor. I would highly recommend her for your next ER visit!

Dr Bick is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered! She treats her patients with the upmost respect and has excellent bedside manner! She has a wide range of knowledge and genuinely cares about her patients!! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

This doctor is condescending and irritating. She has not one ounce of bedside manor. She acts like you’re an idiot and don’t know what you’re talking about. I got upset with her and lost my temper and she refused to treat my mother after that. If she can’t handle a nasty word thrown at her she should not be an ER doctor. ER doctors have to deal with angry patients and angry loved ones. She needs to either deal with it or find another job. I strongly DO NOT recommend her. If you’re at Memorial Hospital in Owosso at the ER stay away from her. Seriously when I say stay away, stay away.

She was extremely rough examining my daughter and brought her to tears. Do not bring any children to her!
