Inept billing dept. I am a service-connected disabled veteran and their billing dept doesn't know how to bill the VA so they throw it back to me... and then eventually to collections. After multiple phone calls to her office to get them to bill the VA, they gave up and sent it collections anyways - THANKS!!!. A possible violation of the law - I don't know, I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. However, my lawyer will know. I went to the ER in an ambulance so I had no choice of Doctors. I am thankful I was seen and am alive today but good God, I have spent over 7 hours today trying to get this resolved and out of collections. That is on top of the multiple calls to her office BEFORE collections explaining that they need to bill the VA. The service was provided in Feb of 2021 and I'm STILL dealing with this. Stay AWAY from "Premier EM Medical Specialists" which is the organization that Heather Costello MD bills bills through.

She stormed into our home very rude, asked questions, but showed anger issues by not allowing us to speak and making my mother and I feel stupid, when we do 100% of the care for my dad. She stormed out of the house without even seeing my dad. I have all of this all recorded.

I thought she was patient, professional, and above all a good communicator unlike many physicians.
