Best Allergist I've Ever Seen
I have been struggling with atopic dermatitis for years, and I made an appointment with Dr James as a transfer since I recently moved from out of state. I was expecting to be glanced at and and talked to for 10-15 minutes like the previous allergist in Huntsville did a few months back, but Dr James spent 2 hours with me, retesting my food allergies, ordered labs, got my prior authorization approved, and wrote my RX's all in my first appointment.She genuinely cared and listened when I told her my history and was so so quick to get me the care I needed. Her nurses and PA's, even front desk staff were friendly and helpful, very personable and welcoming. We need more providers like Dr Heather James. I am extremely grateful for her and her care team. I will continue to see her for as long as I possibly can.
