Didn't even look down throat.

Absolutely the worst doctor we have ever had! Run the other way. She is overly opinionated and very disorganized. She lost multiple pieces of paperwork and was rude when she couldn't figure out the immunizations my kids needed.

Dr. Koza is rude and not very knowledgeable. She didn’t know what shingles look like! And her offices staff and assistants are the worst! Dr. Park-Davis is ok and PA Marissa is great but it’s not worth dealing with the front office idiots to come back here. I’ve been a patient here for years but today was the last straw. I’ve made an appointment over the phone but they failed to save it in their system. I fasted until 2pm for this. And then they couldn’t get me in because their schedule is full! And made me feel like it was my fault. Good riddance

We had to reschedule 2 of our kid’s appointments due to a death in the family. We informed the office of this and called 1 day a head of time. Dr Koza called us back and kicked us out of her office for rescheduling. I am so glad I found this out sooner than later, what a horrible person she is. We will go somewhere that really cares about medicine and helping people as all doctors take an oath to do.

Horrible environment and experience from the office staff to the provider.

Billed directly for vaccines that were never administered or consented to. I'm so displeased with the care and treatment from office staff that I will absolutely be escalating to Smart health to get this office removed from Ascension.

Dr. Koza is very caring. She listens, and I love that she has more than one "tool" in her "bag of tricks" to help her patients.

Dr Koza has been our family doctor for years. Since covid hit her and her staff have went down and quick! I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. They held my meds hostage for not coming into the office for a med follow up when teledoc was an option. I have been on the same meds for over 20 years! They had my husband start taking a pill a day for cholesterol and her staff called him and had him take 2 a day per the doc. When he called for his refill they said he should have been taking one not 2!! My last bloodwork was tainted and I had to redo and they didn't perform the proper tests! She has very limited hours now since covid but does not care if you are comfortable subjecting yourself to sick patients. She actually kicked me out of the practice for not coming into the office. Little did she know I already had plans of changing doctors within a reputable practice with safety guidelines in place?? hopefully things change in the future for the sake of the current and upcoming patients.

We absolutely love Dr Koza My daughter feels very comfortable with her. She is very patient and addresses all of our questions and concerns. I can not say enough how awesome she is !!!

Dr. Koza is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. As a first time mom, she has been so patient and thorough in guiding me through the questions of raising a baby. She is extremely down to earth and relatable, and she is a mother herself which seems to add to the compassion she has. Dr. Koza never rushes us, goes above and beyond to make us feel like friends rather than just patients, and remembers special details about us. She is very open-minded and understanding, but is willing to give her opinion when asked. On several occasions, Dr. Koza has shocked us with her attentiveness and willingness to do things for us, even outside of her typical working hours. She is incredibly knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable right away, and takes initiative to make her patients feel valued. We are so blessed to have found her and their whole practice!

LOVE Dr. Koza! Our entire family now sees her-from infant to adult. She truly takes time with patients and helps find the root of the issue instead of handing out prescriptions like so many others are too quick to do. She also respects what parents want for their child and we have never felt rushed. She’s awesome!!

I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Koza. She caring and really takes her time with patients. She is a wealth of knowledge in providing personalized care. I would highly recommend her!!!

This physician is extremely difficult to work with. We've had issues with her being off on diagnoses when after seing her partner Park Davis it was correctly addressed. Today I had to make a mayday call to the after hours. She was rushed and irritated with questions. She was asking questions about past diagnosis because she didnt have her computer. She was irritated when i asked her to spell words and meds she was telling me to get. Bottom line TERRIBLE bedside manner. Park Davis is amazing.

Dr Koza is a terrific family doctor who takes the time to answer questions and treats us with respect. I’m sure glad a found a Holistic minded personable doctor who doesn’t push vaccines either. I highly recommend if you’re not happy with your current MD to switch to her.

Dr. Koza is one of the best doctors I've seen in many years. She takes time with her patients to make sure they understand everything she's explaining. She has such wonderful practice methods, and I NEVER have a problem getting an appointment or having a long office wait time. She's always willing to fit you in her schedule. The best thing about Dr. Koza is that she knows how to handle all ages of life, my young kids love her and she's amazing with my elderly parents. She's a perfect family Dr.

Dr. Heather Koza is a remarkable doctor. She has treated my children for a while with such compassion and knowedgable care that I decided to switch over from my doctor to see her as my primary care physician. She was so informative, kind and thourough at my visit that I felt like I was speaking with a caring friend. Her bedside manner is fabulous and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Heather Koza to anyone who is seeking a physician.

I absolutely adore Dr. Koza. My entire family (husband and 2 children) see her. She makes us feel so comfortable, is eager to educate and empower us to make the best decisions for our health and quick to squeeze us in last minute. I would easily drive 30min to see her.

Dr Koza is a very good doctor. She truly listens to her patient. I don't feel rushed thru like I do with some other docs.
