Disappointing
If you’re feeling let down after a visit with Dr. Kramm, you’re not alone. I’m grateful that I found a better rheum and felt like Dr. Kramm didn’t listen or care about the concerns that I had.

Dr. Kramm is a very kind lifesaver!
My experience with Dr.Kramm on March 1, was amazing. I have been seeking a diagnosis of various conditions, associated with multiple autoimmune disorders for over 4 years. The physicians I visited prior to Dr. Kramm, all provided me good information with regards to relieving my symptoms. However, Dr. Kramm was the first doctor to spend over 40 minutes looking up and diagnosing my prior lab results (blood panels etc.,) and authoritatively providing me with a diagnosis and a series of future tests and steps I needed to take. She was exceptionally kind and patient with me; she explained everything in a way I could understand. I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful. I would sing the praises of Dr. Kramm and the University of Washington, Montlake to everyone I know. My visit with Dr. Kramm, greatly exceeded my expectations…she put me on the path to managing my workup.

She's LOUSY! A One-Star review! 1. Most important: She did not treat me with respect or caring! I felt like I was on her conveyer belt of patients. I felt NO caring, NO interest in me, NO respect for my questions nor my knowledge. 2. Told me to split dose of calcium to 2x/day. Complied. Next appt., she kept telling me to split the dose, repeated 5 times even after I assured her I was. 3. Told me to bring in my Calcium pills to next appt. so she could see if it was a good one. She forgot that! Then did not seem to know anything about types of Calcium. (I am a biochemist & could tell that she doesn’t have a clue!) 4. Knows nothing about the dietary, exercise, and supplement treatments to reverse osteoporosis; nothing about the quality research in PubMed on the subject! 5. Claimed in the notes that I had agreed to take Prolia. Wrong! We had discussed how I could AVOID having to take Prolia. 6. Makes mistakes, forgets to order tests – takes it out on patients.

Dr. Kramm is the first provider to take my symptoms seriously and convey genuine care and concern. The treatments she’s prescribed have been life changing. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on finding a diagnosis and treatment after being dismissed by several rheumatologists. Her entire team is amazing too. I’d recommend her group to anyone.

She was persistent and found the right diagnosis when other doctors were puzzled and gave up. She's always explained tests and treatments, and partners with me in managing my health. Great listener, very compassionate.
