I always feel that Dr Ostmann takes my concerns seriously, no matter how trivial. She makes sure to explain things so that we can mutually agree on an appropriate treatment plan.

Fired her as my primary care provider. She is very hard to talk to and doesn't listen to what I say and re-states what I told her incorrectly adding what she thinks not what I told her. After one visit I knew she was not a doctor I could trust. She is not a good seasoned doctor IMHO. Listening to a patient needs to be number one priority. Just not a good fit as a provider for me.

Dr. Ostmann was very thorough and listened during my appointment. It was our first time meeting and I immediately felt that she took the time to get to know me.

Previous military doctor in a now civilian setting. She has not "turned that switch off." May be good for some, but not me.
