Dr. Penny has been thoughtful, considerate and professional every time I've seen her. She listens very carefully and gives great advice without seeming judgy or condescending. She has been great for referring me to other specialists in the Kaiser network, and even managed to squeeze another appointment in her schedule when she knew I was leaving town soon. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a great primary care doctor.

Dr Heather Penny is exactly what I have been looking for in a health care provider. She is kind, she is patient, she is genuinely compassionate, she asks questions, she listens closely, she wants to know how the patient feels about the proposed plan of care; she is genuinely empathetic, she follows up on even minor concerns, she has a great sense of humor-- I could go on and on and on. I count myself lucky to have stumbled into Dr. Penny's office and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Just got my first pap w dr penny. She's so kind and trustworthy. She chatted with me about my school plans and made it clear shed walk me through the exam w no surprises. It was very quick and overall very positive. I tend to have anxiety at the doctor but I'm definitely going to establish all my healthcare needs with her. Kaiser overall has been excellent in spite of all the bureaucracy and hoops to jump through with American healthcare.
