We’ve been seeing Dr. Thole for almost six years now and I recommend her to everyone I can. We never feel rushed and the wait times are virtually nonexistent. Our children love her and we appreciate that she’s not an alarmist and also considers our thoughts/concerns to create personal plans for their well-being instead of just a one-size-fits-all approach. I seriously can’t fathom how anyone could have anything negative to say about her. After over twenty well visits and a few sick ones, we’ve never had a bad experience with her, other practitioners in the practice, or her staff.

The office manager Jennifer is very rude and unprofessional. My first time ever missing an appointment and my missed appointment fee she said couldn't be waived after i told her my baby had been hospitalized for the past 2 weeks. She proceeded to tell me i can call and ask for my money back but can not call and cancel my appointment, she also said I have older kids so whose takeing care of them while I'm in the hospital with my baby. Shes very rude and should not have a manager title

After being a first time mommy, and going to my first appointment with a 3 day old (at 3 different doctors offices) and getting told I was a bad parent in a few different ways because I was refusing to pump my child full of vaccine, I completely broke down. I was devastated that I was not being allowed to make my own decisions for what I knew was best for my child. Dr. Thole and her staff were so supportive of my decision and helped me make alternative decisions. I couldn't be happier.

Great with kids of all ages and respectful to parents. I have moved over 45 minutes away and still bring my kids here because I love this practice. Staff is friendly, helpful, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. I never feel rushed with the doctor, and I love that she suggests least invasive treatment first. The only thing I dislike is the newer policy of not making appointments until the day of. I need to be able to plan my schedule around the appointment.

This is an amazing office! Dr. Thole is great with kids and parents. She does not double or triple book appointments, so all of our appointments have been seen within 10 minutes of the time it was scheduled. She sees parents as the authority over their children's medical decision and partners with them. All three of my boys love going to see her. Many of my friends go to her too and love her. I strongly recommend this office!

I would not recommend my worst enemy to this Quack. Dr. Thole's wife Jennifer also acts as her office manager. This woman is outrageous! Not only is the front office staff rude and nasty all they seem to care about is money. If you are Lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Thole your experience will go from bad to worse. She is unprofessional, worries more about your insurance than your child and her lack of basic medical knowledge is astounding. I now have a new pediatrician.

Support staff is horrible. They refused to see my one year old sick child because their computers reflected that she had to pay over $70 for the visit. I immediately called my insurance company to see what was going on and they said the visit should only be $20 and all the doctor's office had to do was call the insurance company to verify. She refused to call the insurance company and cancelled my sick child's appointment unless I paid over $70 (they will refund me later she said).

Dr. Thole has been such a caring pediatrician for my son! I am confident that I made the right choice in a medical provider. I trust her completely. She's never rushing us and always has time to answer our questions without judgement. We love her!

I've been going to Wee Care with Dr. Thole since I was younger (I'm 18 now and she still lets me come for my annual visit until age 21 so that being a new adult isn't as stressful) Her and her staff are so thorough and always so friendly. They are great with any patient handling conflicts as well. The office is so welcoming (being Disney themed) for any age. I highly recommend Dr. Thole
