He was very understanding . He went threw my records and listened to me. He understood my situation. I had a great visit and would highly recommend him

My first office visit went well, and I found Dr. Cares personable. He took time to explain the problem and did not hurry. He made sure I understood and answered my questions.

Wait time good. Time with physician was adequate and he was able to answer my questions

Constantly running over an hour late for appointments. Appointments get scheduled at 8am when I was told he doesn’t get to the office until 9am. Had an appointment at 3pm today and after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment, I asked how much longer it would be because I had another appointment. I was told all rooms were full and one patient ahead of me for a room, meaning they were 30 minutes past my appointment and there were still 5 patients ahead of me. Absolutely unacceptable. The few times I did see him previously, he was always in a rush and seemed like I didn’t matter. I will not be returning.

Receptionist very kind. My apt was at 9:30 and to be there by 9. I arrived at 8:50am. I didn’t go back to exam room for over an hr. And it was almost 11:15 before I saw the Dr. it was very short apt. I figured I would need x rays but surprised since pain management that they didn’t have x rays in office. Guess KC where I lived just 3 mo ago is much larger city. I got the orders for x rays but had to ask where to go get them. Again, I’m used to being at dr office or office calls and arranges apt for x rays. I felt the Dr. was very knowledgeable. Apt itself lasted maybe 10 minI was happy about treatment he has planned for me. I guess that’s the main thing and presuming the treatments will alleviate pain like he said which is more than I hoped for. I’m sure 2nd apt won’t be near the wait.

I have been seeing dr cases for 10 yrs. He listens to your needs and genuinely cares about his patients. Is very friendly and upbeat and Never arrogant like some doctors.

I had a little wait to see Dr. Cases, but once I had my visit with him I see why he may run a little behind. He asks important questions and takes his time to understand your symptoms. He's a kind man with a good bed side manner and that is very rare! His staff were all friendly and happy to be there. I think it was worth the wait time.

Very minor waiting time. Courteous staff. Dr Cases has been helping me for 6 years with migraines, back and knee pain. He is the best!!

Dr. Cases is such a good man. Only complaint is the wait. The wait is soooo long just to be seen. Example: Appointment time at 2:00 and 1 hour wait out in the lobby it’ll be 3:00 and another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor in the room. It’s pretty long wait, can sometimes be even longer. They truly need to work on that. But Dr. Cases wonderful, genuine, kind man. He listens to you.

Dr Cases was my dr 19,20 yrs ago at NPI in New Port Richey. I’m beyond thrilled to have found him again. He’s very professional yet has a great attitude & ‘bedside manner’. Knows his business 1000%. I knew I was safe & well cared for. No worries of being misunderstood or not cared about. This Dr is the best. Truly a man who treats from the heart & it’s known. God bless u Dr Cases

Today I went for follow-up in spine injections, that did not work. So we talked further and in his office he did two injections that got rid of my neck pain and headache from it. Wow, I have never felt better in a long long time! Dr Cases knows his stuff!

I have been going to a pain management doctor for many years. I finally found a great doctor who really listens & cares about my pain. I have been going to Dr. Cases & his assistant Daniel, for over a year now & i am totally pleased with his surgical procedures & receiving follow up pain meds. On my appointment day, I am in & out, without waiting, where my last doctor i had to sit & wait for an average of 3, 4, 5, hours in the waiting room in total pain without really talking to the doctor at all. Dr. Cases & his staff really knows how to treat a patient. Getting me in quickly, always asks how i am feeling & comes up with a plan to ease the pain thru a procedure & break thru meds. I will always be a forever patient, Thankyou to Dr. Cases, Dr. Marsden, & Sfaff.
