Sent paperwork in needed for my job. Heidi Herold refused to fill it out. Is that not part of her job thats not a choice, when you chose to be a doctor and patients need paperwork filled out it goes with being a doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone. The staff other than one receptionist is rude uncaring. All they care about is money not people and i dont think they know how to practice medicine. I agree shes very unethical just to up and leave her patients. Good riddance not a good doctor

Dr. Herold is a breathe of rest air! I recently relocated to the area and established Dr. Herold as my Primary Physician. On my first visit , Dr. Herold spent a good amount of time discussing my health care needs with me . She is caring as well as a top notch professional and made me feel very much at ease.Excellent experience at this clinic!

I can't say enough about how awesome Dr. Herold and her staff are regarding patient care and customer service! I am writing as one of Dr. Herold's new patients in Boise Idaho and also as an RN who works with doctors and patients on a daily basis. The front office staff were kind, prompt and informative. Ann, the medical assistant, was personable and very good at details. Dr. Herold, was also very personable, attentive and responsive to my health needs. Best MD experience for me in years!
