Terrible doctor with terrible skills
Skill level is mediocre (but high relative to other doctors and 'providers' who do fillers at Westlake Dermatology in Bee Caves. Pushes products (fillers, treatments, aftercare products etc.) that serve her and her reps interests and not what is necessarily best for the patient. Heinous bedside manner and I left my appointments bruised on a number of occasions.

A gifted physician
I traveled from Dallas to see Dr Prather as I had seen her several years ago prior to a move. I have not found ANYONE who comes close to executing proceures/techniques as well as she does. She adeptly filled in some areas on my face which look much improved yet natural as I definitely did NOT want any over-corrections. She understood this request and delivered. She also offered some skin specific treatment which was perfect and exactly what I needed. I appreciate that she gave me a realistic regimen to execute on my own to maintain the integrity of my skin. I highly recommend Dr Prather and I trust her advice/suggestions.

Dr. Prather is the BEST. Her expertise in cosmetic dermatology is undeniable. She goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor.

Horrible bedside manner
Dr. Prather is condescending with a horrible bedside manner. Would strongly advise against going to her for anything. I'd recommend that Dr. Prather take a class on listening to her patients, practicing empathy, and simply being a nice human.

I visit Dr. Prather for all my cosmetic dermatology needs. She is a true expert with fillers and lasers. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and what would be beneficial without ever pushing anything I'm not comfortable with.
