Dr. Heidi Rinehart, MD

Every time I see Dr. Rinehart I am more impressed with her professional but friendly manner and her expertise. She explains procedures thoroughly, often using illustrations to aid understanding, and is patient with questions. She also asks about things that are happening in my life, treating the 'whole person' which is so important in impersonal times.

Saw Dr Rinehart several times. Each time the conversation during my appointment included odd questions about sex or nursing with Dr Rinehart saying she was collecting information. She also talked about other patients. At one visit I heard her complaining about a patient right outside the exam room door. And after a day surgery procedure, she came in to talk to me after the procedure and the first thing she said was, 'Well, it wasn't a s-show.' There was no explanation about medications and no follow-up. In fact when the nurse in the room said, 'You'll have a follow-up appointment with Dr Rinehart' the doctor said, 'No, but we'll be in touch.' Before the day surgery I told the Dr that I was a difficult intubation. I also gave the Dr written information about this from the head of anesthesiology at a hospital where I was treated in the past. This was ignored by the dr and anesthesiologist at Cheshire Med Ctr in Keene NH They had difficulty and it took over a month for my jaw to heal.

Dr. Rinehart is the best. Great communicator . Educational, informative, gets right to the heart of the matter . No stones left unturned. Fun, happy, grounded--- wish all drs had her bedside/ chairside manner. Very comfortable to talk with-- serious when she needs to be serious but can also see the side that shines or screams that she would be a wonderful addition to any vagina monologues comedy routine.
